Gasification Operations Supervisor
Our client is a grassroots, owner/operator that has created a new energy-saving technology using coal-to-liquids/gas-to-liquids. They are in the process of building their own plants using their own patented technology.

1. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing the gasification operating expertise for all projects. 

2. Minimum of 10 years operating experience in a gasification unit.

3. Minimum of 5 years experience as a shift supervisor.

4. Large project experience preferred.

Reliability Engineer                                                  
Our client is a grassroots, owner/operator that has created a new energy-saving technology using coal-to-liquids/gas-to-liquids. They are in the process of building their own plants using their own patented technology.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security and maximize the plant's availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Other primary duties include: ownership of the plant's Pm/PdM activities; leadership of equipment performance tracking and repair/improvement prioritization; technical guidance and coaching of mechanical craftsmen; and engineering support of maintenance and capital projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Requires BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of six (6) years experience in the Chemical Processing Industry (Gas processing experience is a plus). Must have experience in working with process gas compressors (reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw), pumps (various types of centrifugal and positive displacement), turbines (steam and gas), gas engines (internal combustion), and all related power transmission components (speed reducers/increasers, couplings, bearings, mechanical seals, etc.). Process Engineer

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Process Engineer is responsible for projects assigned by the Technical Manager and works under his/her own initiative as needed. To plan and perform engineering studies, evaluations and design of plant projects and modifications to improve and enhance plant efficiency and improve equipment reliability. Enhance plant safety, environmental compliance and maintenance. Improve communications between departments. Provide mechanical design, procurement, planning, and supervision of capital projects. Provide complete project management for capital projects including budgeting, scheduling, hiring, and directing subcontractors, developing work scope, supervising all activities associated with project.

SR. Process Engineer

Control Systems Engineer
Our client is a grassroots, owner/operator that has created a new energy-saving technology using coal-to-liquids/gas-to-liquids. They are in the process of building their own plants using their own patented technology.  Particular emphasis on petrochemical projects from start-up, commissioning and trouble shooting. This person will perform all engineering aspects of instrumented control systems, specification of instrumentation, controls, their interface with distributed control systems, procurement, acceptance testing and shipment of final product.
           
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the principles and practices of process controls and Distributive Control Systems. Analytical and organizational skills including coordination of multi-disciplinary activities. Able to upgraded and modify existing control systems, familiarity with A-B PLC Systems, Emerson Delta V and HMI screens. Implement new state of the art control systems for monitoring and control of new and existing process units.

Desire a strong background in refinery and petrochemical projects.  Past experience with work on large compressors, mechanical equipment and Gasifier's would desirable.  Experience in the operation of process instrumentation, interfaced PLC's and Distributed Control Systems, process equipment and the maintenance and development of P&ID's. Senior Project Manager
Our client is a grassroots, owner/operator that has created a new energy-saving technology using coal-to-liquids/gas-to-liquids. They are in the process of building their own plants using their own patented technology.  They have an opening for a Senior Project Manager to work in the Houston, Texas area. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the direct supervision of engineering and construction team members that provide service or expertise for our clients projects (all in excess of $500 Million TIC). 

A minimum of 20 years experience in Project Management of refining, petrochemical or gasification projects.  Industrial plant experience is a plus. 

* Experience in management of large projects (over $100 Million TIC).

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
* About 20% travel.
