A client of ours is conducting a search for a CNO.  They are a 800 plus bed, acute care hospital and are part of one of the largest for profit healthcare systems in the nation.  This facility is a teaching hospital with more than 3,000 employees and generates net revenues in excess of $300 million.  Earlier this year they opened up the states 1st Children's Hospital that is solely dedicated to the treatment of children.  They also recently became the recipients of the American Heart Associations "Get with the Guidelines-Coronary Artery Disease Initial Performance Achievement Award and continually work diligently to be pioneers in healthcare.  Interested candidates must have experience working in a large, teaching hospital.  It is also highly preferred that they have experience overseeing nursing for a pediatric hospital.  Ref# 1429141 Contact: jwhite@rwr.com

Chief Nursing Officer

Corporate Director of Outcomes Management

Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services
We are currently conducting several searches within Revenue Cycle. One of them is a search for a Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services. This is a newly created department and position. This person will act as an internal consultant for the healthcare organization which owns and operates over 25 hospitals nationally. They will oversee the Georgia, Carolinas, and Central California hospitals and be physically located in Texas. They will look at Patient Access, Coding, CDM, and the Centralized Business Office for the hospitals in their region. They will only be required to travel 25%, which would be big plus for someone who is currently in a position where travel is 100%. CNO
We are currently conducting a search for a CNO for a 150 plus bed, acute care hospital.  Our client is a large, for profit, healthcare system that owns and operates hospitals across the country.  This facility is one of the "flagship" hospitals for their system.  The hospital generates in excess of $175 million in net revenues each year and more than $40 million in EBITDA.  This position will oversee nursing for the entire hospital and will manage a staff of 285 FTE's.  The new CNO will work closely with the CEO on business development initiatives.  The Interested candidates must currently be in a CNO role.  They must also have a Masters, preferably in Business Healthcare Administration. Director of Case Management & Social Services

Hospital Administrator of Finance

Manager of Reimbursement - Bay Area - CA
We are conducting a Manager of Reimbursement search for a seven hospital, faith based, health system in the Bay Area. This will be the highest level reimbursement person located on site. Will report to the System Director of Reimbursement and supervise a staff of five analysts. Lead, manage and mentor the team of 4 analysts to oversee the cost reports for four hospitals: filing of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and OSHPD reports as well as managing appeals, exceptions, and audit reviews. In addition, this position will be responsible for the appropriate valuation of patient receivables. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or MBA is a plus. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience working with Medicare and Medi-Cal regulations for hospitals; along with preparing Medicare and Medi-Cal reports.
