Carrie focuses her recruiting on mid-stream, downstream, and civil engineering. She has been recognized by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants for outstanding achievements in her field. Prior to joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 2005, Carrie worked in high-end real estate sales for six years. She holds two bachelor degrees from Rice University, a B.M. in Music Performance and a B.A. in History.
