Nicole joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 1996 as a Recruiting Associate and is now a Partner in the firm. As a Recruiting Associate she has been recognized as one of the top ten recruiters in the state by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants many times over the past decade. Nicole is part of a seven-member team that has successfully directed and completed hundreds of recruiting assignments nationwide for many of the top retail, restaurant, and grocery firms.
