Alexis, as Partner, directs the Accounting & Financial Group. She has successfully conducted and completed recruiting assignments throughout the country. Alexis began as a recruiter in 1985 and has built a national reputation in accounting, financial, and banking recruiting. Alexis became a Certified Personnel Consultant in 1988, has served on the Board of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and is a past member of the Pinnacle Society. She has been recognized by her peers as one of the top ten recruiters in the city by the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants, and for the last 11 years, she has finished in the top 15 in the state TAPC Awards Program every year. Alexis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University.
