Roger specializes in recruiting for all areas of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, midstream and downstream engineering fields. He has received awards for outstanding achievement by the Houston Area Association of Personal Consultants, and has ranked in the top 25 by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. He has also ranked in the top five recruiters for Richard, Wayne & Roberts, where he also received the Account Executive of the Year award. Prior to joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts, Roger was a top account executive and manager at U.S. Emerald Energy, a stock broker at Merrill Lynch, and an investment banker for Hurst Murchison Investment Bankers. He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
