Kristi's expertise is recruiting for the investment banking and energy trading sectors of the Power & Gas industry. She joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in March 2006 and immediately earned an Outstanding Achievement award from the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants for permanent placement in the professional division. Prior to recruiting, Kristi worked as an account executive in the staffing industry for 10 years, serving companies in the greater Houston area. She received a B.A. in Journalism, with a minor in Marketing, from Texas A&M University.
