Ou has been with the Richard Wayne & Roberts family for the past
several years and during her tenure, she has had a large impact on
many different lives. Stephanie specializes in recruiting and placing
seasoned oil and gas individuals for upstream, midstream and downstream.
Her success can be attributed to her strong belief that she provides
a value added service to her clients and candidates by presenting
the best kept secrets in the industry. Her candidates and clients
have learned to trust her in assisting them throughout the recruiting
process. She comes to Richard, Wayne & Roberts with a Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science which has proven to help her in responding
in a timely and accurate fashion to her clients and candidates needs.
