joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 2000 as an Executive Recruiter.
Today as Managing Search Director, she directs recruiting assignments
for a wide spectrum of positions in the worlwide oil and gas industry,
from geologists, geophysicists, reservoir engineers, production engineers,
and supply chain, up to vice presidents and directors. Janet earned
the distinction as the Top Producing Recruiter at Richard, Wayne &
Roberts in 2005. She has consistently ranked among the top recruiters
in the city and state and has been recognized for her outstanding
achievements by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants
and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
