Michael has an excellent track record in recruiting for all positions within the energy sector, but especially energy traders, schedulers, credit/risk analysts, accounting personnel, and legal positions. Michael came to Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 2006 from a background of strategic planning, marketing, and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University.
