Nicole specializes in recruiting for executive positions in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts, she had extensive experience working for organizations that support developing business relationships and public policy. Her interest in healthcare was inspired by a family legacy of healthcare professionals and by physicians for whom she worked while completing her undergraduate degree. She is an active member of the American Business Women’s Association. Nicole holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
