Since 1984, Mark has earned a national reputation in retail real estate and construction recruiting. Attaining degrees from the University of Michigan in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting, Mark formed a solid base of experience working as a sales executive for IBM, and in financial management positions with Exxon and Coastal Corporation. In 1984, he joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts with the purpose of focusing on talent and opportunity in the retail real estate, construction, and store-planning marketplace.

During his tenure with the firm he has risen through the ranks from recruiting associate to Managing Partner where he now directs a staff of recruiters in retail real estate development and construction. He has successfully directed and completed recruiting assignments nationally.

Mark has been repeatedly recognized by his peers. Through the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, Mark has placed in the top ten among all executive recruiters in Texas since the 1990s. He also is the top recruiter at Richard, Wayne & Roberts.
