Bob began his recruiting career in 1984 and has worked in the defense, high-technology, and oil and gas industries. He joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 1990 as a Recruiting Manager and progressed to Partner. Bob manages a large group of recruiters in the upstream, midstream, and downstream engineering fields. He has been consistently recognized by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants for outstanding achievement.
