Emilie joined Richard Wayne & Roberts in 2010 and serves clients in the healthcare industry ranging from hospitals, physician practices to consulting firms. She decided to pursue a career in recruiting after experiencing tremendous success in sales working for Southwestern Company in the summer of 2007.

She has experienced immediate success at Richard Wayne & Roberts by placing 2 candidates in the first 3 months with the healthcare group and the accounting group.

She graduated with a degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University and joined RWR after graduation.
