Kurt joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 2000, as part of the Information Technology Group. He transferred to the Accounting Group in 2002, where he has been successful placing accounting, financial, and audit professionals. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and maintains a large client base, principally in the oil and gas sector. From 2004 through 2006, Kurt was recognized by both the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC) and Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) for outstanding achievement.

Kurt grew up in Minnesota, earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1990, then spent 10 years with an international wholesale firm, doing sales, marketing, and management.
