Paige focuses on recruiting highly compensated sales professionals, as well as marketing and business development professionals up to the VP level. Her clients represent firms in the energy, telecom, enterprise software, real estate, and financial services industries. In her first four months with Richard, Wayne & Roberts, Paige was recognized as Rookie of the Month. Prior to joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts, she held director-level positions in both marketing and business development firms and actively recruited for them. Her knowledge of operational infrastructure, business development, and marketing strengthens her recruiting skills.
