Truett specializes in recruiting candidates for the wholesale energy trading, retail energy, transportation, and utility industries. In 2001, Truett and Steven Hadnot, another Richard, Wayne & Roberts recruiter, started the Power and Gas Group with these specific industries in mind. Since joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 1999, Truett has risen from recruiter to director, where he now supervises several recruiters. He has also received numerous awards including one of the top 10 recruiters by the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants (2003, 2005, 2006) and in the top 10 by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (2005 and 2006). Truett holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
