Matt specializes in placing accounting and financial professionals in senior and upper management positions in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. In January of 2006, Matt joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts after ten years in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked in anti-terrorism, the infantry, and as a recruiter.
