Construction Project Manager
I am conducting a search for a major company that has over 1000 locations and is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to build facilities in the New York Metro Area.  This position will work out of the home or a nearby retail location and be responsible for building 10 to 20 projects per year including new, remodels and refreshes.  Ideally the successful candidate would bring experience working in the restaurant, pharmacy, oil or financial institution industry, responsible for land use, construction oversight and contract administration for multi unit renovation.  A four year degree or equivalent experience and 3 to 5 years related experience is required.  Must have availability to travel.  Contact: markd@rwr.com  Ref# 1437242

Real Estate Engineer
The Real Estate Engineer position will report to the Lead Project Engineer and is responsible for engineering and site design of new stores and remodels, providing engineering support for the Real Estate Department and managing the land development process for a given geographical region with the primary goal of securing permits for development.  A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline along with 5 years experience in commercial project development is required.  If interested please contact: markd@rwr.com  Ref# 1437024
