Junior Real Estate
Manager - Chicago
A national retailer with over 1000 stores is adding about 125 new stores a year
nationwide. They have created a new position due to growth. It ill be based in
the Chicago area working out of the house. The position will be a Junior Real
Estate Manager that will work along side a more Senior Real Estate Manager to
cover a 1-3 state area. This person will work with the Sr.
Real Estate Manager to handle site selection and land purchase for built to suit
and self developed locations. The Jr. Real Estate
Manager will be responsible for about 5-7 new locations per year and grow in to
a Real Manager role where they will eventually be responsible for the entire
territory on their own handling new site selection of 15-20 free standing
locations per year. The ideal candidate will have about 2-5 years of real
estate experience with a retailer, restaurant chain, grocery chain or oil
company handling site selection of in line or free standing stores. This person

Construction Project Manager

MUST have strong
construction management experience doing large projects such as shopping
malls/centers/power centers.
MUST have 4 year degree, prefer technical degree.

MUST have a good understanding of construction methods, building concepts,
materials, scheduling, bidding, estimating, and blueprint reading.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and direct construction project of tenant and/or ground buildout out for retail assets and ensure timely delivery and completion of construction projects.
Manage all aspects of the project including creation of project costs and schedules, work plans and specifications.
Responsible for daily operations of the project.
Ensure that project milestones have been met and project progresses on schedule and on budget.
Identify and redirect project activities to stay within project guideline, time frames and budget.
Excellent written, verbal, communication and negotiation skills to interface effectively with tenant, contractors, consultants and other vendors.
Work with proper municipal authorities seeking permits, assessments or zoning approvals for assigned projects.

looking for a Construction Manager in Los Angeles for their

The ideal candidate will come from a specialty mall retailer and be accustomed to a similar size roll out program.
· Must be willing to travel extensively.
· This person will oversee the build-out of their retail stores across the United States, including managing the architectural documentation, and construction phases for all retail store build outs and store renovations each year.
· This person will assist in the development of the capital budgets and schedules for each project.

have strategic oversight for all functions related to the design, due diligence,
