Drill Site Manager
This position oversees the onsite work performed by contractors and service personnel associated with drilling and completion operations to ensure proper implementation of the drilling plan. Will coordinate the logistics of material, equipment and personnel utilized in field operations to ensure timely and effective operations. Need to be qualified and available to work on any global drilling project. Other responsibilities include: Team Leader for rig evaluations; propose Improvements to Department Procedures and Policies; and an active participant on project risk assessments and well design reviews. Need to be able to effectively communicate with Superintendent and office staff on progress/problems related to daily field operations.
Communicate and coordinate with Superintendent and Engineer on any revisions to project plans, procedure or operations. Measure project operational performance against established goals and objectives. Identify and recommend/execute opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure on-site understanding of project expectations and daily work plan by contractors and service companies. Accountable for knowing and complying with applicable regulations and Company HES requirements and policies. Conduct regular planned general inspections of the rigs. Ensure risks are understood and managed at the rig site. Responsible for ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting. Permian Exploration Engineer

Geoscientist - 2 positions
Strong geological background in development operations handling multi-rig drilling programs is desired. Geoscientist needed to work as part of a multidiscipline team to develop and explore for Mid-Continent gas reserves. Needs experience and expertise in unconventional reservoirs, basic seismic interpretation, and working with complex structural plays. The successful candidate will work in the Mid-Continent Asset team. Duties will include database creation and maintenance, geological mapping, log analysis, and basic 2-D & 3-D seismic interpretation. Qualifications: Candidate should possess knowledge and proficiency in the following: Petra geologic software, IHS Power Tools, LogSleuth, MS Office applications, and technical report writing. Kingdom or similar seismic interpretation software knowledge a plus, Reservoir engineering experience also would be a plus. The candidate must be detailed oriented and possess overall strong organizational, planning and computer skills.
