Project Manager –
Midwest
Twenty five year old, privately owned, hotel developer in the Midwest is looking
for a project manager with hospitality construction experience. They develop,
build and manage full service upscale hotels under several different franchises.
This PM will be responsible for oversight of new hotel construction, existing
hotel renovation and capital expenditure projects from the start of
construction/renovation drawings through completion of the project, bringing the
project in on time and on budget. Qualified candidates must have a college
degree and minimum of five years experience as a project manager in hotel
construction. Experience in purchasing/negotiating contracts and bidding
supplies, furnishings, equipment and labor for installations. Full relocation

Assistant Director
of Projects – New York
Historic Hotel in New York is looking for Assistant Director of capital
improvements with an Engineering degree and (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing expertise. Responsible for capital expenditure projects, budget, design
implementation, construction and project finalization. Schedule all capital
projects, work and design projects with consultants, verify specifications,
issue bids, negotiate with contractors, write requisitions, and expedite orders
to coincide with installation schedule and budgets. Oversee ongoing work to
assure they meet hotel’s quality and standards. Prepare budgets for capital
projects, FF&E & Repair and Maintenance items. Ideal candidates will have

renovation projects in large urban areas. This NYC-based company was formed in
the early 90’s and develops, builds, and acts as property managers for
full-service hotels and other facilities in the US and Europe. This person will
have the potential to become the head of construction worldwide. This
person will select and recommend contractors; and construction contracts;
provide an initial schedule, program and budget assessment for projects;
motivate a small in-house team and large out-sourced team of construction
professionals; fully understand the design program and design documents to
ensure that they reflect owner objectives. College degree required; ten years
experience in property development, construction and/or design; strong computer

Financial Analyst who is proficient with Argus Developer/Circle Developer. This
analyst will underwrite, and analyze acquisition, finance and operation of real
estate investments. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and
Argus Developer skills; possess a Masters in Business or Real Estate (Finance),
and 5-7 years experience working on underwriting income producing properties in
either a real estate development company or in a private equity firm.
Responsible for financial modeling of potential acquisitions and development
investments, obtaining relevant market information and researching comparables.
Perform discounted cash flow analysis on various land development and building
acquisition opportunities (retail, office, industrial, hotel, multifamily).
Model complex real estate scenarios, structures and transactions using ARGUS

years of progressive construction/development experience in a hotel/hospitality
related field. Responsible for managing the construction process for all capital
