MEG (mono-ethylene
glycol) Reclamation Unit Manager - International
My client is developing a gas field overseas that will be developed subsea and
routed directly to shore. The MEG Reclamation Unit Manager will be located at
the chosen contractor's city in Europe throughout the fabrication and on site
for installation. The fabrication of this system will be awarded via Lump Sum
Contract to a company in Europe, and MRUM will manage the contract at the
selected contractors’ offices. Min. 15-20 yrs. PM experience; proven experience
preparing and managing Lump Sum manufacturing contracts; International work
environment experience ideal; experience with MEG Reclamation systems, fast
track execution projects and standard Oil and Gas Equipment Fabrication.
Responsible for reviewing and tracking contractor’s progress and approve weekly
progress reports; set up and maintain tracking programs for technical queries;
review and pre-approval of change orders and contractor invoices; prepare weekly
reports to keep corporate PM team apprised of progress. Ref# 1436461

Project Engineer – Houston,
TX
One of the nation’s leading independent energy companies engaged in exploration,
development, production, & marketing of crude oil & natural gas is developing a
gas field overseas; production will be brought in from subsea wells via new
pipeline & will not undergo any processing prior to entering host facility. The
Project must be degreed process or mechanical engineer with 7+ yrs. oil & gas
experience. Previous experience in gas field developments, FEED studies and
Detailed E & D associated w/ development of onshore gas receiving facilities as
well as offshore platform facilities. Experience w/ Slug Catchers, Filter
separators, Flow & pressure control systems, JT Cooling systems, Custody
Transfer meters, Glycol Dehydration & Reclamation, Produced water treatment &
disposal, Large Bore, High Pressure & Control valves, MEG Reclamation Systems,
Condensate Stabilization and ASME B31.3 and B31.8. Responsibilities: Review
deliverables from FEED and Detailed E & D Co’s; manage changes & RFIs;
participate in project meetings; ensure project stays on budget & schedule;
manage/review Master Document Register to insure deliverables are submitted on
time & Procurement Plan to insure bid packages are handled properly & timely;
communication with selected Independent Verification Agency; manage misc.
studies, i.e. RAM analysis, QRA’s; Prepare & participate in presentations & peer
reviews, HAZOPS; assist in preparation of owner documentation & in evaluation of
bids for long lead equipment; meet w/ equip. vendors; assist in developing
responses to technical queries; attend meetings to discuss design of the
facility; travel overseas to meet w/ government agencies; prepare weekly reports
