Regional Manager
A highly successful property management operation is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee properties that have recently been acquired.   This company has over 80,000 apartments under management across the country.   This company provides property management services for multi-family apartment communities; including those in lease-up.  This person needs to have conventional third party experience.  The Regional Manager will be based in Atlanta, GA.   This person would be started with roughly 1,100 units.

To be considered, you must have several years of experience in property management.

• A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.

• Candidates must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully.

• A strong ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written form is required as well as advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
