In-House Senior Counsel, Mid Atlantic
Fortune 200 company seeks a Counsel or Senior Counsel (depending on experience) energy transactional attorney with 4 - 10 years experience to provide transactional legal support in the acquisition, development, ownership, and operation of nuclear, fossil fuel, hydroelectric and renewable electric generation facilities for the company’s regulated and merchant generation fleet. Counsel, Mid Atlantic
