Director of Billing

Sr. Financial Analyst Case Management - Houston, TX
One of Houston's premier healthcare providers has a unique opportunity for a healthcare professional with strong analysis skills. This person will be actively involved with hospital management in explaining different trends that are occurring within the hospital service lines, the patient population as well as benchmarking physician's services. If you are one that naturally thinks outside the box, your skill set will be very valuable in this role. 

The Sr. Financial Analyst will deal with analysis of data relative to case management, length of stay and improving length of stay, analysis of service lines, profit improvement plans, cost improvement projects. The data they will deal with is patient type information so this person needs to have a strong understanding of DRG coding. The position will also deal with data in a number of different databases so must have strong I.T. technical skills with the ability to pull large volumes of data from the mainframe system into access. This person needs to have working knowledge of access database programming. Associate Director of Coding
This opportunity is for an Associate Director of Coding with a specialty in pediatrics with one of the country's premier academic hospital's physician faculty. This would be a great situation for someone who is presently in a consulting role this position will get them off the road; they can be home every night and provide flexibility in their work schedule. Manager of Patient Access and Registration
We are working with a healthcare system in the research triangle area of North Carolina to locate a Patient Access and Registration Manager.  For 20 years our client has ranked as one of the top 10 hospitals in the US.

The position reports to the Administrative Director of PFS and supervises a staff of 40 FTEs with two supervisors (main registration and ED) covering the areas of pre-registration, bed side registration, verification, up-front collections, and bed control.  The hospital uses IDX for Registration and Siemens for Patient Billing.  The payor mix is mostly self-pay and Medicaid.

Director of Case Management
Our client, a 300+ bed, acute care hospital is conducting a search for the Director of Case Management.  The facility is not-for-profit community hospital.  The Director of Case Management will oversee the department and will ensure the Case Coordinators and Social Workers work collaboratively to assure that care is provided in the most appropriate setting for the individual patient.  The Director of Case Management through the Case Management Department supports the organization and individual patients and families to deliver care in the most appropriate setting to meet patient needs. Under the direction of the Director the Case Coordinators screen all inpatients for medical necessity, work with patients and families to anticipate and identify discharge needs, and coordinate community or supply services to facilitate discharge and Social Workers support Case Managers and provide direct intervention with community agencies as indicated.  Services offered include psychosocial assessment, information and referrals, educational and support services and discharge planning. Case Management staff work collaboratively with all members of the health care team.  The ideal candidate must have a BS Degree in a health related field.
