Director of
Case Management
Our client, a 100+ bed, acute care hospital is conducting a search for the
Director of Case Management. The facility is a community hospital affiliated
with a vibrate health system. The Director of Case Management will oversee the
department and will ensure the Case Coordinators work collaboratively to assure
that care is provided in the most appropriate setting for the individual
patient. The Director of Case Management through the Case Management Department
supports the organization and individual patients and families to deliver care
in the most appropriate setting to meet patient needs. Under the direction of
the Director the Case Coordinators screen all inpatients for medical necessity,
work with patients and families to anticipate and identify discharge needs, and
coordinate community or supply services to facilitate discharge and provide
direct intervention with community agencies as indicated. Case Management staff
work collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The ideal
candidate will be an RN with a BS degree and 3+ years nursing experience. Ref#

Director of
Quality
Our client, 200+ bed, acute care community hospital is conducting a search for a
Director of Quality Management who will handle all Quality operations for the
organization. The Quality Director will assume responsibility for leadership of
Performance Improvement and Quality departments. The Director work
collaboratively with the Executive Team and the quality team to support clinical
areas helping to organize process improvement, teach skills and foster the
ability of clinicians to improve the process and outcomes of their work. The
Director of Quality position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
leader to play a pivotal role in leading the entire quality initiative for a

Chief Executive
Officer, Houston, TX
Our client, the nation's third largest provider of Long Term Acute Care, is
conducting a search for a Chief Executive Officer for an 85-bed LTAC hospital.
The healthcare system, which operates 20 LTAC hospitals in 6 states, provides
the resources of a large healthcare system while maintaining
a small, intimate environment within each location. The CEO is the direct
representative to the Governing Board in management of the hospital. The CEO is
responsible for the operation and administration of the hospital and all its
departments. The CEO directs all functions of the hospital, enforces policies
established by the Governing Board, maintains compliance with regulatory
guidelines, sets attainable strategic objectives for the institution. Provides
leadership and directives in promoting the efficient, economical, and effective
utilization of hospital resources to meet the identified needs of community
through quality medical care and health service programs.
