Julie specializes in identifying executive level talent in all areas of hospital finance, accounting, and operations. From her start at Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 2002, Julie has distinguished herself as a high achiever. She received three “Rookie of the Month” awards during her first year. She has received Outstanding Achievement awards from the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants every year since. Prior to joining Richard, Wayne & Roberts, Julie recruited students for a vocational school. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Houston Baptist University.
