Amy joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in 1990 in the Accounting Group. In 1992, she began focusing on the healthcare market and started our Healthcare Group in October 1994. Amy was promoted to Manager, leading the Healthcare Group of three recruiters, each with a financial specialty. She was named Partner in January 1996 and has since expanded the Healthcare Group to ten recruiters in a national market, with both financial and clinical areas of specialty.

Amy continues to build and expand the company. Her latest venture is the opening of our Woodlands office in May 2006.

Prior to joining the Richard, Wayne & Roberts, Amy worked in Human Resources in banking for 3 years. Earlier, she worked in recruiting for 8 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
